SELL A HOME, SAVE A CHILD

WHAT IS SELL A HOME, SAVE A CHILD?

The movement, Save a Child, Sell a Home (SAHSAC) is comprised of realtors all around the nation who wanted to make a living, make a difference, and find fulfillment in life. Every real estate office that partners with the organization dedicates a small portion of their profits to SAHSAC and observe how much even a little bit can improve the lives of the less fortunate. The program supports children’s programs in some of the world’s poorest communities, holistically fighting poverty through nutritious meals, safe drinking water, healthcare and education.

Since 2016, SAHSAC members have raised over $3 million to support over 5,000 children in Cuba, Haiti, Kenya, Mexico, Nicaragua and Uganda.

HOW IT WORKS

Here at Yoder Real Estate we’re proud to announce that we’re the newest members of Sell a Home, Save a Child, a movement of Real Estate professionals that are breaking the mold in this industry by radically stepping up for children living in extreme poverty around the world.

Every home bought or sold with us will provide vulnerable children with nutritious meals, clean water, healthcare, and education. Giving them the tools to break free from generational poverty and change their world. We can’t wait to transform lives with you!

BRIGHTENING A CHILD’S FUTURE BY SELLING YOUR HOME

So who do we specifically support? When you sell your home with Yoder Real Estate you will be helping to provide clothes, education, shelter, and protection for our sponsor child, Jacob!

Jacob lives with his parents and brother in a one-room, wood house with no electricity and a dirt floor. The family cooks with firewood and they all share one small bed.

Jacob is a very keen, courageous and cheerful boy. In his free time he loves to play soccer. His favorite food is ugali (corn flour cake) and beef stew. Jacob is enrolled at Mama Beth’s Preschool and his favorite activity is learning math. Jacob would like to be a policeman when he grows up.
