Kevin Yoder launched his real estate career in 2002 and has been performing in the top 1% of agents worldwide for over two decades. In 2025, he earned a place on the Real Trends Top 1000 list, ranking him in the top 0.05% of all agents nationwide. He founded Yoder Real Estate as an independent brokerage in 2017, later joining forces with LPT Realty in 2024, a move that propelled even greater growth. Kevin credits much of that success to one key factor: surrounding himself with exceptional people. A Humble Beginning Selling Door-to-Door
Before starting in real estate in 2002, Kevin worked in various sales and sales management roles in telecommunication and home security, including cutting his teeth selling home security systems door-to-door in Atlanta, Georgia in the late nineties. Kevin moved back to his hometown, Grand Rapids, Michigan and started his real estate career in 2002.
Real Estate Growth and Success
He spent eight years as a solo agent before launching The Yoder Team in 2010 under Keller Williams Realty. In January 2017 he opened Yoder Real Estate as an independent brokerage, and in 2024 the company joined LPT Realty, the fastest growing brokerage in the industry. They have not looked back. Kevin credits the company’s momentum to hiring strong talent and building the right culture, modeling the team’s structure after some of the best groups in the country.
Other Endeavors
Kevin’s work doesn’t stop with real estate. He’s also a High Performance Mindset coach and the founder of Infinite U, a coaching program for entrepreneurs that focuses on unlocking full personal and professional potential.
