Kevin Yoder
CEO/ Lead Agent
Kevin Yoder launched his real estate career in 2002 and has ranked in the top 1 percent of agents worldwide for nearly twenty five years. In 2025 he earned a spot on the Real Trends Top 1000 list, placing him in the top 0.05 percent nationwide. He built Yoder Real Estate in Grand Rapids by following one simple rule: surround yourself with great people.
After opening as an independent brokerage in 2017, he and his team partnered with LPT Realty in 2024. Kevin’s path started in sales, knocking on doors selling home security systems in Atlanta before returning home to Michigan. Today he is known as one of Grand Rapids’ leading agents, recognized by Grand Rapids Magazine and U.S. News.
Beyond real estate, Kevin is a High Performance Mindset coach and founder of Infinite U and The Infinite U Podcast, helping entrepreneurs unlock their highest potential through internal and external transformation and practical, lived leadership.

Seraina’s responsibilities extend far beyond just being the first point of contact. With her impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail, she ensures that all documents are flawlessly prepared and shared with our valued clients. Whether it’s coordinating meetings, managing schedules, or facilitating communication, Seraina is the backbone of our day-to-day operations.
As an Executive Assistant, Seraina goes above and beyond to assist with any and all needs that arise.
Patrick Lauma
Listing Coordinator
Patrick Lauma plays a key role in bringing our property listings to life. As our Listing Coordinator, he oversees the entire process from the first details to the final launch. He gathers property information, coordinates professional photography, prepares marketing materials, and manages MLS entries and social media exposure.
Patrick works closely with agents and sellers to make sure all documents are ready and every listing is presented at its strongest. From scheduling sign installations to organizing open houses, he keeps each step moving with steady precision.
Known for his organization, quick communication, and eye for detail, Patrick helps our team make a powerful first impression with every listing. In the end, his work helps our sellers get their homes sold for the most money in the shortest time.

Video Production Manager
